iBall, an Indian mobile and IT peripherals brand, has launched its latest Android handset called the Andi 5C which comes with some very attractive features like a 5 inch IPS panel display but phone is priced at Rs 12,999.
Airtel directed to pay Rs.6,000 to subscriber for not activating SIM

Reports further quote the forum President N A Zaidi as saying that Sharma claims that she had issued a cheque of Rs.1,000 to Airtel, who did not activate the connection. Zaidi adds that Sharma has not provided the forum with any evidence to the effect that the cheque was encashed. In the affidavit, however, Sharma claims that the cheque has been encashed by Airtel and the SIM card had not been activated, Zaidi added further.
