Uninor is the 2nd Most Preferred Operator in Mumbai In May 2012

Uninor added the maximum number of subscribers across Mumbai with more than 34,967 new customers embracing Uninor services in May 2012 (as per COAI May 2012 report). 
 
Uninor’s total subscriber base across the circle is now close to 15 Lakhs. Uninor’s strong performance continues across India too. The company added more than1.5 million new subscribers across its 13 commercial circles in May and has thereby emerged as the 3rd most preferred GSM brand across the country.

Nokia Pushing Asha Phones for Business Purposes, Adds Mail for Exchange

Nokia is now offering Mail for Exchange  for free in the Nokia Store for Nokia Asha 302 and Asha 303. Mail for Exchange on the Asha 302 and 303 supports Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010 Servers, and Microsoft Office 365 Mobility online service.


In addition to the encrypted email storage a variety of Exchange ActiveSync security policies are supported, including alphanumeric password, minimum length for password and remote or local wipe after maximum password attempts, fulfilling companies’ hygiene device security needs.

Galaxy Note 2 Some Specifcations Confirmed!


We already knew that a successor to the wildly successful Galaxy Note is already in the works and that it might feature a 5.5" AMOLED. Now, an insider source, whom we have good reasons to trust has send us a tip, saying the screen size is now confirmed.

The Galaxy Note 2 will indeed sport a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED and a design inspired by the Galaxy S III flagship smartphone. Interestingly, even though the screen size is larger than the original Note, the width of the Note 2 is actually reduced compared to its predecessor.

Google Nexus 7

Google has launched its first own tablet PC Google Nexus 7. Its an 7-inch LED tablet with capacitive touchscreen and also with corning Gorilla glass. Its also the first device to use Jelly Bean OS (V4.1 Newest Version of Android OS). The tablet is using the IPS technology for bright and crispier display (same as in Apple iPad and iPhone) and is manufactured by ASUS (also known as ASUS Nexus 7). ASUS which introduced EEPad Transformer and made it success into tablets. It is powered by quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor and NFC.
