BSNL offering Full TALK TIME on all Top-up vouchers/C-top-up/Flexi top-up of MRP of Rs. 110, Rs. 220, Rs. 440 & Rs. 550. The offer is also applicable to all new C-TOP-UP recharges system valid up to 30 August 2012.
